Traditional vineyard cottage is over 100 years old. It has two separate floors and can accommodate up to 10 persons ( 4 persons in lower floor and 6 persons in upper floor). Aces to the upper floor is possible by stairs. Parking place in front of the house is available for 4 cars. The house has a big tidy garden with view to river Kolpa
The lower floor has one large room with double bed and two extra beds, wardrobes, television, bathroom, kitchen, terrace with large table with bench and garden with small table. In interior of the lower floor is a combination of traditional and modern style. Fully equipped kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, a coffee machine, and a dining table for 4 persons.
The upper floor has a terrace with a large table and 6 chairs and offer a view to river Kolpa and surroundings. The inside is composed of an antechamber, a large bedroom with two double beds, a sofa, an armchair, a swing chair, and TV. There is also a small bedroom with one single bed, the bathroom, and the fully equipped kitchen with large refrigerator, a microwave, a stove, a coffee machine, and a dining table for 6 persons.
The cottage offers free WIFI.
The upper floor is air-conditioned, while on the ground floor the temperature is naturally regulated by thick walls.
Garden with an old apple tree is away from the main road, and it is safe for kids playing.
The Kolpa river is only 100 meters away and offers many options for active or relaxed holiday (chilling out, swimming, suping, boat riding etc…). The surrounding nature offers also other sport activities like hiking, cycling and trial running.
